LD2402 firmware flash failure

Using HKL-LD2402_TOOL(v1.0.1.9) and a ch340 to flash 2402_335_OTA.bin onto an LD2402 failed.

After this the LD2402 stopped working, and "Obtain Firmware" under "Update FW" now says "Current Firmware: BootLoader".

Pressing "Flash" just gives the error message: "Failed to send bin file information, error code: 2"

What is error 2, and how can I fix it? Can the device be flashed normally even if it's in some bootloader mode, or will it require something else?

Could you please share me what firmware version was the module in before the upgrade?
In addition, where did you got the firmware of 2402_335_OTA.bin?

I don't remember what version it showed before I tried to upgrade it. I got the 2402_335_OTA.bin from the HKL-LD2402_TOOL(v1.0.1.9).zip file.
