HLK-AI-10 firmware upgrade

Viewed 60

Hello.

I purchased the HLK-AI-10 facial/palm vein recognition module.

Please let me know if the current firmware v2.36-QRXF-PV supports the palm vein template write command 0xFB, and the required FeatureType and packet format.
If it is not supported, please provide the latest firmware BIN and change history for the same hardware/QRXF-PV.

Hello, thank you for your enquiry. yes, this is the newest firmware which supports the palm print registration.

However, when attempting to write the template with 0xFB, it fails with 0x08.

What could be the cause?

Thank you for your reply.

To clarify, I'm not asking only about local palm registration using the camera.

I need to confirm palm template export, import, and portability:

Does this firmware support reading a palm-vein template with command 0xFA, FeatureType 0x03?

Does it support importing the exported palm-vein template with command 0xFB?

Can a palm template exported from one AI-10 module be imported and recognized on another AI-10 module of the same model?

Is the palm template bound to the module hardware ID, encryption key, camera calibration, or serial number?

What is the exact 5,844-byte palm template format? Does it include a CRC32 or another header/checksum?

Should a template imported with 0xFB remain usable after the module is powered off and restarted?

My current module reports firmware:

#AI-10 \v2.36-QRXF-PV
