Hi, we're using the HLK-TX510 for a university attendance system (Raspberry Pi over UART, firmware V1.00.0006 English).
Two requests:
1️⃣ Your team sent us HLK-TX510(V1.00.0020)_usb_657a53.zip, but it's the Chinese display build. Could you send the English version of V1.00.0020 (or the latest English firmware)?
2️⃣ Bearded users keep getting rejected with "2D biopsy failed" (code 0x06) - the 2D visible liveness (活体) false-rejects real faces. Since we already use 3D liveness, could your engineers provide a custom firmware with 2D liveness (live_vis) relaxed or disabled, keeping 3D + IR on?
Also: is there a way to tune the liveness threshold ourselves via the ifv console, without reflashing?
