I'm using a DC-DC converter, model HLK-URA2424YMD-10WR3. When inputting 10-12V DC, the output voltage is low, around ±15V. When the input voltage is increased to around 15V, it stabilizes at ±24V. Is there anything I should check?

Could you please double-check the model number – is it URA instead of VRA?
Besides, kindly check the input again to confirm if it has been limited.
