HLK-RM08 Network Connection Issue

I have been using the HLK-RM04 modules for some time, and they worked reliably both when connected directly to a computer and when connected through a network switch.
Currently, I am using the HLK-RM08 module. When it is connected directly to a computer via Ethernet, it works correctly and the data received on the RX pin is transmitted without any problem. However, when the module is connected through a network or switch, it does not work properly.
One difference I noticed is that the RM04 module had a 1.8V pin, while the RM08 does not. I added a 1µF capacitor to the related pin, which slightly improved the behavior. Sometimes the module connects, but the connection is not stable. In some cases, it only works if the Ethernet cable is connected first and then the module is powered on.
Do you have any recommendations or solutions for resolving these issues? Is there any specific hardware modification or configuration required for stable operation with network switches?
