HLK-20EMI for EN 55011 Voltage class B test

Dear All
I'm using HLK 10M05 in my project, and the noise graph looks the same as the HLK-20EMI on your website. Would adding only the HLK-20EMI filter be enough to pass the EN 55011 Voltage class B test? Or should I use the version with the CY capacitor shown on your website?
