I succesfulluy communicate with a LD6002C located on the ceiling, however when I try to simulate a fall I am unable to trigger a fall detection. Is there a video showing which falls are detected?, and aso is there a key configuration to enhance the sensitivity (apart from the ceiling height)

Hello, you can adjust the installation height of the setting, as well as the set fall height threshold.
