Hello HLK team,
I am using an LD2410C V1.0 radar sensor. I recently updated its firmware to version 2.44 using your official mobile application, which correctly identified the sensor model. After the update, the detection range dropped significantly — presence and motion are only detected within 10–15 cm.
I then used the same mobile app to roll back the firmware to version 2.04, but the detection range issue persisted. I have already tried resetting the configuration, disabling auto distance detection, manually adjusting sensitivity zones, and verifying power supply and enclosure — none of these steps restored the original detection range.
Could you please provide the latest compatible firmware (.bin file) specifically for LD2410C V1.0? I would like to flash it manually via UART to ensure full reset and compatibility.
