I misconfigured this product and now I cannot connect to it. I would like to perform a factory reset. How can I do that?

Hello, pls help to check the followings:
D2DB-PORST-N: Hardware reset pin, pull-down time requirement ≥ 100ms
WDT_SST-N: Software reset pin, pull-down time ≥ 6000ms, will restart the system
Even if I press and hold the wdt_rst button for more than 10 seconds, there is no response and it doesn't reset. What is the correct way to use this button?
